③The differential effect of the wheels on both sides is realized through the differential to ensure that the inner and outer
wheels turn at different speeds;
④The bearing and transmission are realized through the axle housing and the wheels. Principe de fonctionnement


When braking, the high-pressure brake fluid enters the hydraulic chamber behind the body from the brake pipeline through the caliper body oil port, driving both sides To achieve the purpose of braking. At the same time, the rectangular sealing ring produces elastic deformation under the action of friction. When the brake is released, the high-pressure oil is discharged, and the piston returns to the position by the elastic restoring force of the sealing ring. When the brake is released, the brake gap changes due to the wear of the friction lining. When braking, the piston overcomes the frictional resistance of the sealing circumference under the action of the pressure oil and continues to move outwards until the friction plate is pressed against the brake disc to be positive. When the brake is released, the elastic deformation of the sub-sealing ring is different, so the distance that the piston is pulled back by the sealing ring is naturally different from before it is worn, so the brake gap can be automatically adjusted.

Maintenance

1 The new drive axle needs to be filled with lubricating oil before loading. Recommended oil: GB13895192 gear oil CLE85W90 (12 seasons AL-CLE8OW/90 When refueling, it should be injected from the oil hole in the axle housing and the oil ports on both sides of the wheel.

2. Technical maintenance every 50 hours
(1) The new bridge should be replaced with new lubricating oil after working with the main engine for 50 hours. When changing the oil, clean the inside of the bridge before adding new oil.
(2) Check the main reducer and wheel reducer for premature heat generation. If it heats up, check whether the oil level meets the requirements.
(3) Check the looseness of each fastener, find that it is loose, and re-tighten it
(4) Check whether there is any abnormal sound during the work process, if found, stop the machine and eliminate it.
(5) Check whether the oil seals are leaking. If there is any leakage, replace the new oil seals.
3. Monthly technical maintenance
(1) Check the wear of the brake disc, whether there is destructive wear.
(2) Check the wear of the brake pads. When the grooves on the friction linings are worn out and do not meet the requirements, they should be replaced immediately. (3) Check whether the oil level of the axle housing meets the requirements. If the oil level drops, make it up in time.
4. Technical maintenance of the lubricating oil in the bridge every six months, replace with new lubricating oil every six months of work.
5. Autopsy should be carried out for one year of technical maintenance work every year.
(1) Check the clearance, meshing and wear of the spiral bevel gear pair of the final reducer.
(2) Check the wear of the differential gear and the wear of the bevel gear pad. (3) Check the wear of the wheel gear. (4) Check the wear of the needle rollers and bearings of the planetary gears around the wheel.
